Steven is a Corporate Trainer and Executive Business Coach specialising in leadership and team communication strategies. He has successfully worked across the spectrum of large corporations to small business in Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia and North America, training and coaching individuals and teams to lead and communicate more effectively, producing high performing and self managed teams.
Steven is an ICF trained Coach with over 2000 hours of coaching individuals on Leadership, Personal Development, Business Management Strategies and Effective Communication. Combined with 15 years experience of soft skills training and facilitation to large and diverse groups, he is able to build immediate trust with individuals to draw out insight, empower, motivate and inspire a collaborative and inclusive approach to group decision making and problem solving.
Steven draws on a myriad of evidenced-based tools and models from the latest research in positive psychology, contemporary neuroscience, adult learning, change management theory and emotional intelligence. He has personal experience managing large and diverse teams over a range of different industries and this, together with his strong ability to facilitate discussion using powerful questioning, improves thinking and ignites passion in individuals, promoting positive change that produces results.
Whether it is coaching, team training or group facilitation, he prides himself on his energetic yet warm, engaging and inclusive style and is 100% committed to supporting teams to work in alignment and with consensus, leading to ultimate business success.

She brings a wealth of knowledge and over 10 years of experience in client relations and recruitment and training services. She also co-facilitates our larger workshops ensuring all our clients get the most out of their learning.

Noa Kolni
Personal Assistant and Administration
Noa is our 'all-rounder' superstar and supports our business with her amazing talents in all things administration. As well as acting as a Personal Assistant to our Directors, Noa supports our team of Contract Coaches and Trainers ensuring they can focus on providing a superior service to our clients.
She is currently studying her Bachelor of Science at the University of Sydney majoring in Marine Science and Genetics and Genomics.
